  • As the Manager in this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the successful disposition of real estate assets. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans to expand our business and achieve growth targets. This position demands a keen understanding of real estate markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and homeowners.

  • The dispositions manager will be fully responsible for resale of investment real estate by cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing buyer relationships.

    • Analyze investment real estate projects.

    • Conduct cold, warm outreach phone calls.

    • Organize and hold introductory meetings both in-person and over-the-phone.

    • Negotiate investment pricing.

    • Close revenue on behalf of the company.

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.

    • Real estate license preferred.

    • Excellent written communicator.

    • Microsoft Excel proficiency.

    • Self-starter.

    • Solution-driven, customer service mindset.

    • Aggressive, results-oriented sales experience preferred.

    • Familiarity with Salesforce software and tools for market research and financial analysis preferred.
